Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Booby, an adults-only dating service. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Booby.

1. Who can use Booby
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Booby is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults seeking romantic or social connections.
One account per person. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, use another person's photos, or misrepresent your age, identity or intentions.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, messages and other content you post. You retain ownership of your content and grant Booby a limited licence to host and display it to other members for the purpose of operating the service.
You must not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. Nudity and sexually explicit imagery are not permitted anywhere on Booby.
You must not solicit money, promote unrelated commercial services, scrape the service, or use bots or automation to interact with members.
3. Safety and moderation
We provide blocking, reporting and verification tools, and we review reports by hand. We may suspend, restrict or permanently remove accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines.
Booby does not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your own interactions, both online and in person. Always meet in public and tell someone where you are going.
4. Booby Gold
Gold is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, except lifetime plans. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
In this demonstration environment, Gold activation is a demo: no payment is taken, nothing renews, and no card details are collected.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. Deletion removes your profile, photos, matches, messages and rewards and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect other members.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Booby is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any member is who they claim to be. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
